It is of coarse always a good idea to view things of this nature with a grain of salt, but I have watched the film Food Inc and from what I can tell its spot on. A little emotionally manipulative, perhaps, but educational and polemic in a good way. I personally recommend it.
PS It has contributed to materially changing the way I eat.
Also, I found this video. Its simplified for a simpler audience, but its interesting whether or not you agree with it.
